Acme Solar Holdings Limited — Others, 27-08-2025: Appointment

ACME Solar's Board has approved key changes and strategic initiatives. The company will appoint M/s A Prasad & Associates as new Joint Statutory Auditors and M/s DMK Associates as Secretarial Auditors. Additionally, Mr. Shashi Shekhar was approved for re-appointment as Vice-Chairman and Whole-Time Director for another year. Significantly, the Board plans to seek shareholder consent to raise up to Rs. 3,000 Cr through various equity instruments. All these proposals will be presented for approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
