Associated Ceramics has enabled e-voting via NSDL for shareholders ahead of its Annual General Meeting on September 25th at 3:00 p.m. Shareholders can cast votes remotely from September 22nd (9:00 A.M.) to September 24th (5:00 P.M.). The cut-off date for voting eligibility is September 18th. Shareholders who acquire shares after the notice dispatch but before the cut-off can obtain login details. Those who vote remotely can attend the AGM but not vote again. Venue voting will be available at the meeting for non-remote voters.
