Bansal Wire Industries has presented its Annual Report for FY24-25 and announced its 40th Annual General Meeting for September 19. The company reported robust performance, with consolidated revenue rising 42.2% to 3,507.17 Cr, EBITDA up 86.4% to 278.21 Cr, and PAT increasing 94.5% to 146.37 Cr. Debt-to-equity significantly improved to 0.48x following its 2024 IPO which raised 745 Cr, largely used for debt reduction and working capital. The company, a top steel wire producer, is expanding capacity to 6.8 lakh tonnes by FY26 and developing speciality wires, with a new Sanand plant in progress. Profits were retained for growth; no dividend was declared.
