    Filtron's board approved acquiring 100% of Gabrielle Infra (FY25 turnover Rs. 72.24 Cr), entering construction. They plan to raise Rs. 80.11 Cr through preferential share issues and increase authorized capital, subject to shareholder approval. New investors are also buying existing promoter shares.
