Shilpa Medicare's subsidiary Koanna formed a JV with Saudi's PPI (70:30) to build a new pharma manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia. This JV will first involve supplying bulk finished products, then technology transfer for local production, expanding Shilpa's MENA footprint.
