Pursuant to provisions under Regulation 31(1) and Regulation 31(3) SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of 

Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, please find enclosed herewith the prescribed disclosures 

relating to the Invocation and Release of share pledges held by the Promoter of the Target 

Company.  

 “Annexure 1”: The detail of the transactions, which involve equity shares pledged with Knab 

Finance Advisors Private Limited & Radhamani India Limited.  

1. The pledge with Knab Finance Advisors Private Limited were invoked to cover a shortfall 

in the required margin. 

2. The pledge with Radhamani India Limited has been released. This was a result of clearing 

all outstanding dues.  

The released has been executed in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the 

Financing/Credit Facility Agreement entered between the parties, pursuant to the full 

repayment of all financial obligations associated with the said credit facility.

A pledge has been invoked on 2,00,000 equity shares held by the promoter, also to secure a Loan Against Securities facility. In

accordance with the

terms and conditions



The pledge on 1,27,90,000 equity shares held by the promoter has

been released after all outstanding dues on the Loan Against S
