Gujarat Craft Industries Limited has released its Annual Report for FY2024-25 and announced its 41st Annual General Meeting, to be held via video conference. For FY2024-25, the company's revenue from operations increased to Rs. 202.89 Crore, with an operating profit of Rs. 13.11 Crore. However, profit after tax decreased to Rs. 2.69 Crore. The Board proposes a final dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share, consistent with the previous year. The company announced the passing of its Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. Ashok Chhajer. Shareholder approval is sought for the re-appointment of Mr. Rishab Chhajer as Chairman & Managing Director and the appointment of Mr. Parth B. Thakkar as an Independent Director. The company also confirmed its 'Two Star Export House' recognition.
