    Manorama Industries' Board approved an MOU with Burkina Faso to set up a new wholly-owned subsidiary (Manorama Burkina Industries SA) for processing Shea Nuts & Mango Kernels. The company will invest CFA 160 Cr for a 100% stake, expanding its global manufacturing footprint.
