Deepak Chemtex Limited has announced its 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 03:00 p.m. (IST). The meeting will be conducted virtually through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means, without physical presence of members. Shareholders will be able to attend and participate via an electronic platform provided by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL).
