Gorani Industries Ltd — Important, 28-08-2025: Company Update

Gorani Industries' board approved the annual board report and set the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) for virtual attendance. The board put forth the re-appointment of M/s. Sandeep Surendra Jain and Company as Statutory Auditor for a five-year term. Additionally, Ms. Arpita Jain, a Company Secretary, was proposed for appointment as an Independent Director for a five-year term, and Mr. Ayush Shukla, with corporate law expertise, was proposed for re-appointment as an Independent Director for a second five-year term. All director and auditor appointments require shareholder approval at the AGM.
