E2E Networks Limited — Important, 28-08-2025: Committee Meeting Updates

E2E Networks has allotted 1,09,025 equity shares to its Employee Welfare Trust under ESOP 2021 and 15,300 shares to eligible employees under ESOP 2018, upon exercise of options. This exercise of options generated Rs. 1.07 Cr for the company. Consequently, the company's paid-up equity share capital increased to 2,01,00,889 shares. The shares allotted to the Trust will not carry voting rights until exercised by eligible employees. This move, while dilutive to earnings per share at Rs. (1.42), helps in strengthening employee alignment and retention.
