Remi Edelstahl Tubulars Limited's 54th Annual General Meeting concluded with all proposed resolutions duly passed. Shareholders adopted the audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, and re-appointed Shri Rajendra C. Saraf as a Director. They also ratified the cost auditor's remuneration and appointed a secretarial auditor for five years. Crucially, members approved special resolutions for issuing Convertible Warrants on a preferential basis to Non-Promoters. Further, the issue of equity shares on a preferential basis to a Promoter group member and Non-Promoters was also approved. These approvals pave the way for future capital raising and strengthen the company's governance structure.
