ISL Consulting's Board has approved plans for its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 25, 2025, at 2:00 PM via video conferencing. The Board also approved the annual report documents for FY25. Share transfer books will close from September 20-25, 2025, with September 19, 2025, as the e-voting cut-off date. Additionally, the company appointed M/S Maak & Associates as new Statutory Auditors, M/S Nishit P Shah & Co as Internal Auditors, and M/s. Anisha Jhunjhunwala & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for upcoming terms, all subject to shareholder approval where required. These appointments replace previous auditors whose terms concluded.
