Fabino Enterprises has appointed Mrs. Vandana Jain as an Additional Executive Director. She brings over eight years of experience in strategic planning, policymaking, oversight, and business analysis, which should benefit the company's direction. Her appointment, liable to retire by rotation, is subject to shareholder approval at the next General Meeting. She is also the mother of Managing Director Aditya Jain.
