Electronics Mart India's Board approved the FY24-25 Annual Report. They also approved V S S K & Associates as the new Secretarial Auditor for 5 years, subject to shareholder vote. The 7th e-AGM is scheduled for Sep 25, 2025, with Sep 18 as the record date.
