Jio Financial Services announced a JV with Allianz for reinsurance & insurance exploration. JioBlackRock investment platforms are live, with Q1 AUM reaching 11,665 Cr. Lending AUM also hit 11,665 Cr (NII +240%). Payments TPV surged 93% to 7,717 Cr. The board approved a 15,825 Cr preferential issue and declared a Rs. 0.50 dividend.
