The Register of Members and Share transfer books will remain closed from Saturday, September 13, 2025, to Friday, September 19, 2025, inclusive. This closure is in preparation for the AGM, which is scheduled for Friday, September 19, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. (IST) at the Empires Hotel Paradip. This means only shareholders on record before September 13, 2025, will be eligible to participate and vote at the upcoming AGM.
