    Samvardhana Motherson International will acquire an additional 20% stake in auto clutch product manufacturer Youngshin Motherson Auto Tech for INR 6.54 Cr. This makes YMAT a wholly-owned subsidiary. YMAT reported FY25 turnover of INR 138 Cr and EBITDA of INR 16.2 Cr.
