Jagatjit Industries Limited has announced its 80th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM. The meeting will be conducted virtually via Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means. The company will provide remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM for shareholders to cast their votes. The AGM notice and Annual Report for FY 2024-25 will be distributed electronically and available on the company and BSE websites. Shareholders are encouraged to register or update their email IDs with the company or their Depository Participant to receive these documents and participate in e-voting.
