TIRTH PLASTIC has scheduled its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Tuesday, 23rd September, 2025, at 12:00 P.M., to be conducted virtually. Shareholders can participate via Video Conference and access the Annual Report online. For voting, remote e-voting will be available from 9:00 A.M. on 20th September, 2025, until 5:00 P.M. on 22nd September, 2025. The cut-off date for e-voting entitlement is 16th September, 2025. Remember, share transfer books will be closed from 17th September to 23rd September, 2025, for the AGM.
