The company's Board has approved several key re-appointments and announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Two Non-Executive Independent Directors, Mr. Kantilal Gordhandas Lakhani and Mr. Shailesh Bhikhubhai Khatara, were approved for second five-year terms, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The Board also re-appointed the Secretarial Auditor, Internal Auditor, and Tax Auditors for the financial year 2025-26, following Audit Committee input. The 09th AGM is scheduled, with a cut-off date fixed for voting eligibility.
