Sharpline Broadcast has announced its 35th Annual General Meeting, to be held virtually via video conferencing or other audio-visual means. Shareholders will receive the notice and annual report electronically; no physical copies will be dispatched. Due to the virtual format, physical attendance and proxy appointments are not available. An e-voting facility will be provided for members to cast their votes, with a specific window for electronic voting. The company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will close for a period in connection with the AGM.
