Globe Textiles (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 29-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Globe Textiles' board approved renaming itself Globe Enterprises, pending shareholder approval. Other key moves include expanding borrowing limits, increasing loan/investment capacity, and converting director/promoter loans into equity. An Independent Director was also appointed. All these strategic decisions will be put to shareholders at the upcoming AGM.
