Salora International Limited has announced its 56th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually via Video Conferencing or other audio-visual means. This allows shareholders to participate and cast votes remotely from anywhere. The company will send the AGM Notice and Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25 electronically to registered email addresses. Shareholders who haven't registered their email are encouraged to do so for timely receipt of documents and e-voting details. A cut-off date for determining voting eligibility has been set, and the share transfer books will remain closed for a specific period related to the AGM.
