IWARE's board accepted CFO Gagan Kumar Verma's resignation & appointed Hitesh Kubavat as new CFO. They approved the Directors' Report for the AGM on Sept 26, 2025, and also appointed Jigar Trivedi as Secretarial Auditor for 5 years.
