RIL approved a wholly owned AI subsidiary (initial capital Rs 1 Cr) and a JV with Meta Platforms for Enterprise AI Services. RIL's subsidiary will hold 70% in the new JVCo, Meta 30%. They committed a joint initial investment of ~Rs. 855 Cr.
