Sayaji Hotels (Indore) Limited announced the outcome of an Open Offer by Century 21 Officespace Private Limited and its Persons Acting in Concert. The Acquirer successfully acquired 3,78,251 equity shares at Rs. 1,250 per share, totaling approximately 47.28 Crore. This increased the Acquirer and PACs' total shareholding to 39.29%. As a result, the public shareholding now stands at 19.35%, which is below the minimum required 25%. The Acquirer and PACs will jointly ensure compliance with public shareholding norms.
