Glittek Granites has announced its 35th Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2025, to adopt the financial results for the year 2024-25. The company swung to a profit of 6.86 Cr, from a 6.14 Cr loss last year, on 33.30 Cr revenue (up 471.72%). This was significantly boosted by a 31.14 Cr profit from the sale of factory land and building. Most old inventory, valued at 18.42 Cr, was sold for 1.58 Cr as scrap. The company also wrote off 0.86 Cr in unrecoverable debtors and fully paid off all bank and unsecured loans, strengthening its balance sheet. Shareholder approval is sought for auditor remuneration and Secretarial Auditor appointment.
