Share transfer books will close from September 23 to September 29. Shareholders can e-vote from September 26 to September 28, with September 22 as the cut-off. M/s. Dharti Patel & Associates was appointed Scrutinizer. Dharti Patel was also appointed Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Sandip Patel of M/s. S.P. Patel & Co will serve as Internal Auditor for FY25-26. These appointments enhance governance and oversight for shareholders.
