Magellanic Cloud's Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹0.03 per equity share (1.5% on ₹2 face value). This dividend awaits shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 23.

Shareholders planning to attend the AGM or vote electronically should note the e-voting cut-off date is September 16. Book closure for the AGM is set from September 17 to September 23. If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days following the AGM.
