Orient Ceratech has set September 16, 2025, as the Record Date for its equity shareholders. This is for eligibility to receive a dividend of Re. 0.25 per share (25%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The total dividend payout, if approved at the AGM on September 23, 2025, will be ₹2.99 Cr. Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members on the Record Date will be eligible. The share transfer books will be closed from September 17-23, 2025.
