In furtherance to our letter dated 22nd May, 2025, we hereby inform that the shareholders at the 67th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on Friday, 29th August, 2025, have approved appointment of M/s Ragini Choksi Co., Practicing Company Secretary, Mumbai as Secretarial Auditors of the Company to conduct the Secretarial Audit of the Company for a period of five consecutive years effective from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30.
