Macfos Ltd — Important, 29-08-2025: Company Update

Macfos Limited conducted its 8th Annual General Meeting, where shareholders adopted the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025. The meeting also approved the appointment of M/s. CZ & ASSOCIATES LLP as Secretarial Auditor. Importantly, shareholders gave their assent to the re-appointment of key management personnel, including Mr. Atul Maruti Dumbre as Chairman and Managing Director, and Mr. Binod Prasad and Mr. Nileshkumar Purushottam Chavhan as Wholetime Directors. Additionally, three Independent Directors, Mr. Ravi Jagetiya, Mr. Ankit Rathi, and Mrs. Anamika Ajmera, were re-appointed, ensuring continued leadership and governance.
