Atharv Enterprises' Board approved key governance and financial matters. The company re-appointed five directors: Mr. Jagdish Chandra Gadiya (Non-Executive), Ms. Vandana Pramod Gadiya (Executive), and Independent Directors Mr. Harish Sharma, Mr. Navneet Sharma, and Mr. Nikhil Kumar Tank, ensuring leadership continuity. Additionally, the Board appointed M/s. Nidhi Bajaj & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years and M/s. B.B. GAGRANI & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26, strengthening compliance.
