    ELDECO's board approved re-appointing Pankaj Bajaj as CMD for 5 years, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Archana Tripathi was also approved as a Non-Executive Director. Independent Director Ms. Rupali Chopra's tenure ends after the upcoming AGM.
