Qualitek Labs Ltd — Important, 29-08-2025: Company Update

Qualitek Labs' board approved key governance and business changes. This includes appointing new Secretarial Auditors and re-appointing Tax Auditors. Several directors' regularization and re-appointment are proposed, pending shareholder approval at the 7th AGM on September 25.
