Super Spinning Mills' board has endorsed proposals to sell land and a building at 'Elgi Towers' (17.14 cents) to Promoter Sumanth Ramamurthi and another parcel (4.28 cents) to Elgi Electric (Promoter Group). Shareholder approval via Postal Ballot will be sought for these related party transactions.
