The company's Board approved several key changes. M/s. HRU & Associates were re-appointed as Secretarial Auditors and M/s. Pravin Chandak & Associates as Statutory Auditors, both for five-year terms. Mr. Mayank Borana was appointed as an Additional Non-executive Independent Director for five years, pending shareholder approval. Significantly, the Board also approved increasing the authorized share capital from 73.25 Cr to 173.25 Cr, divided into 173.25 Cr equity shares of Re. 1 each. This capital expansion provides the company flexibility for future growth, subject to shareholder approval.
