    KIMIA's Board approved the FY25 Annual Report and set the AGM for Sep 30, 2025 (online). A new Secretarial Auditor was appointed. Statutory Auditors were re-appointed (pending shareholder approval), and MD Sameer Goel was also re-appointed.
