Integrated Proteins Ltd — Important, 29-08-2025: Company Update

Integrated Proteins' board approved key governance updates. Independent Director Mr. Bhalchandra Hiralal Vyas retired. Mr. Kishan Kanjaria was appointed as a new Independent Additional Director for a five-year term, pending shareholder nod, and will chair the Audit Committee. Consequently, the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees were reconstituted. Ms. Ankita Shah was appointed Secretarial Auditor and M/s. B B Gusani & Associates as Statutory Auditors for five years, both also awaiting shareholder approval. Shreyansh C Sheth & Associates were re-appointed as Internal Auditors. These changes streamline the company's oversight and compliance functions.
