    Board approved re-appointment of Chairman & MD Mr. Savani and ID Mrs. Shah. Annual pay for ID Mr. Bhayani set at ₹0.24 Cr. Re-appointments of most auditors and a new Cost Auditor were approved. A vehicle for the CEO, approx. ₹0.29 Cr, also received board nod. All subject to shareholder approval.
