Quint Digital's wholly-owned subsidiary, Global Media Technologies Inc. (GMT), has amended its stockholders’ agreement concerning Quintype Technologies Inc. (QT Inc.). Under the revised agreement, GMT will gain majority control over QT Inc.'s Board of Directors. This significant change means that despite holding 50% shareholding, QT Inc.'s financial statements will now be fully consolidated with Quint Digital Limited's financials.
