RDB Real Estate Constructions Ltd — Important, 29-08-2025: Company Update

RDB Real Estate Constructions has announced its 7th Annual General Meeting to review financial results for the year and other key proposals. For FY2024-25, standalone net profit rose to ₹1.61 Cr on ₹26.32 Cr revenue. Consolidated net profit was ₹1.87 Cr (down from ₹17.18 Cr last year) on significantly higher revenue of ₹97.16 Cr. Shareholders will consider empowering the board to mortgage company assets up to ₹750 Cr, approve inter-company loans of ₹40 Cr to RDB Bhopal Hospitality and ₹25 Cr to RDB Anekant LLP for working capital. The company expanded operations following a demerger. No dividend is suggested.
