Sundaram Finance Holdings (SFHL) board approved selling its entire 39% stake in Sundaram Composite Structures Pvt Ltd to Brakes India Pvt Ltd for ₹24.65 Cr. This makes Sundaram Composite no longer an associate. Shareholder approval is required for this related party transaction.
