Roopshri Resorts' Board has re-appointed Ms. Sonakshi Shah as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director for another five-year term, effective from August 29, 2025. This re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Ms. Shah, a Management Graduate with a Law degree and over a decade of business experience, brings continued expertise to the board, supporting governance and operational oversight.
