    BMETRICS Board approved the FY25 Director Report and proposed a ₹0.20/share final dividend (record date Sep 18). Mr. Nipul Keniya was re-appointed as MD. Strategic decisions include a new ESOP scheme for 10 lakh options and a Rs. 2.21 Cr preferential warrant issue to promoters. AGM on Sep 25.
