Deep Diamond India Limited has announced its 31st Annual General Meeting for September 23, 2025, to adopt the FY 2024-2025 financial results. The company's revenue from operations decreased to ₹1.26 Cr from ₹2.56 Cr last year, reflecting a strategic shift from Jewellery to Pharmaceuticals. Profit after tax rose significantly to ₹0.86 Cr from ₹0.42 Cr. Shareholders will also consider re-appointing two directors and the Managing Director, Mr. Narayan Singh Rathore, for a five-year term with a salary up to ₹0.78 Cr per annum. The appointment of secretarial auditors at ₹0.03 Cr annually is also on the agenda.
