Zydus Wellness's UK subsidiary acquired Comfort Click Ltd for GBP 239 million cash, its first overseas move into the VMS segment. CCL, a digital consumer healthcare platform, reported GBP 134 million turnover and GBP 21 million operating profit (unaudited), enhancing ZWL's global digital footprint.
