Zydus Wellness acquired UK-based Comfort Click for GBP 239 million, its first overseas acquisition. This expands ZWL into the high-growth Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements segment (adult, kids, pet) and strengthens its digital health presence in the UK, EU, and USA. Comfort Click had GBP 134 million turnover.
