SANMITRA COMMERCIAL's board approved acquiring Tandhan Polyplast (Rs 167.8 Cr turnover) for Rs 44.61 Cr via share swap. They also cleared a significant fundraise of ~Rs 126.77 Cr through preferential equity & warrants, plus boosted borrowing limits to Rs 500 Cr. Big expansion plans!
